About the Position

We're hiring an Office Coordinator to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly in a busy, professional office setting. This is a very active, on-your-feet role-ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems in real time, and supporting a team behind the scenes.

You'll be a go-to resource for keeping the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently while ensuring employees and visitors have a positive experience.


What You'll Do

  • Keep common areas clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day
  • Manage office and kitchen supplies, including tracking inventory and placing orders
  • Support meeting logistics, including room setup, catering coordination, and cleanup
  • Handle incoming packages, outgoing shipments, and daily mail distribution
  • Respond to internal requests and help resolve day-to-day office needs
  • Coordinate vendor visits, deliveries, and basic service requests
  • Perform minor upkeep tasks such as assembling furniture or mounting basic items
  • Assist with invoice tracking and general administrative support

Additional Support

  • Prepare workspaces for new hires and assist with office transitions
  • Help move and rearrange furniture as business needs change
  • Provide backup support at the front desk when needed
  • Assist with scheduling rooms and managing visitor access
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure operations run efficiently
  • Jump in on special projects and day-to-day tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in office support, facilities, hospitality, or similar role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (email, calendar, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be able to work onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (parking provided)
  • Background check required
